The finish is just slightly lighter then the piano
but being made of different wood I guess
that can be expected.
The material cost was about $120 |
Built out of solid oak the only screws are in
the
piano hinge,
everything is glued
biscuited
or pinned. I have about 15 hours
in the project. |

| After completing my first piano, I had to build a Piano bench so I could learn to play, so I looked around on the internet and found they cost too much, so I drew up some plans, bought some Red Oak and set to work. Above are a couple pictures of the finished project. My wife is supposed to be macking me a cover with a pad in it for Christmas we'll see how that works out. |
